To ensure your girl gathering date, we would appreciate a $50 non-refundable booking deposit at time of booking. We then send out your 'Butterfly Wings Gathering Package' that contains invitations and general information to help your gathering run smoothly. Please let us know at anytime of allergies or anxieties of both host or guests so we can ensure the safety and comfort of all involved.

Girls under 16 years do require a parent to be able to supervise the overall gathering as the therapist is not responsible for the actions or behaviour of participants. Also the Butterfly Wings therapist requires a smoke free/alcohol free environment to provide the maximum benefits of this service.

In the days prior to your gathering I will contact you to confirm guest numbers and treatments and timings. I will also like to get as much information on the butterfly host to ensure her needs are met. On the day I arrive 30 minutes prior to the guests, to set the energy and create the ambience of this special day. I will require access to warm water and a dinning table. And also sufficient room enough to hold a girls circle.

NB: All massage is done with clothes on and we suggest you where loose fitted clothing for both comfort and fun. All treatments are also done with the permission of the receiving participant to encourage positive understanding of girls boundaries.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made via a direct bank deposit, chq, or cash. The $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the full balance required prior to the party date. This prevents the therapist needing to handle cash on the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we understand that life can be unpredictable we would appreciate as much notice as you can give. But due to the high demand of weekend bookings we do require no less than 24 hours notice, otherwise 50% of the total fee will apply.

SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICES
Butterfly Wings would like to offer these services to long stay patients in both hospitals and/or respite care, health retreats, camps, community events, and anywhere that girls may need that extra support and care. As this may be a sensitive area and require much information I would like you to personally call to talk to me about your requirements for this need.
